JDM Car Export Service
Vehicle Search & Budgeting
Through clear communication, we gain a thorough understanding of your desired vehicle specifications. This allows us to take a tailored approach, matching your expectations with the best available options—always within your budget.
In-Person Inspection
On auction day, each vehicle undergoes a thorough in-person inspection. We provide you with approximately 70 high-quality photos and 2-4 detailed videos of the car you’re considering. Throughout the day, you'll receive real-time updates and direct messages on the cars we inspect, keeping you informed every step of the way.
Bidding & Purchase
The bidding process is quick and straightforward — our goal is to purchase the car within your budget. While this can be challenging, we use proven strategies to ensure we stay within your price range without compromising on value.
Documentation & Shipping
Every car we purchase is carefully handled from the moment it leaves the auction. Whether you choose to store it in our secure warehouses or opt for expedited shipping, we ensure a smooth and reliable experience. We also take care of all necessary documents and paperwork to initiate the export process promptly.
Pricing:
-
When buying a car, you first pay a deposit, usually 30% of the car's price. This can change depending on the car's rarity, order size, or urgency.
The minimum deposit is 150,000 JPY and is non-refundable.
-
All of our purchases are subject to a fixed service fee of 150,000 JPY + a percentage % ( 2 to 5%) based on the value of the car for any value exceeding 2.000.000. This fee guarantees a comprehensive range of services including the initial vehicle search, accurate pricing evaluation, thorough inspection, competitive bidding, preparation of necessary documents, secure shipping, and reliable after-sale support.
The percentage fee is negotiable on an individual basis, so please don’t hesitate to get in touch with us to receive a personalized and tailored quote that suits your specific needs!
-
Additional services, including non-standard documentation such as Apostille certification, parts purchase and fitting, maintenance, photoshoots, and similar requests, will be quoted separately. These services must be paid for in full prior to the shipment of the vehicle.
-
We offer several shipping methods, including Ro-Ro and Container options, along with invoicing terms such as EXW, FOB, and CIF, for which you will receive a detailed and accurate quote.
Please note that all shipping-related charges must be fully paid prior to the car’s arrival and subsequent release from the port.
